Carnival, 1
Remember that thing I said yesterday, about how color would be shocking?
So, yeah. This.
It’s a big deal when the fair’s in town. I don’t mind going, as long as I can find some delicious roasted corn. And can make a few photos. This is what happens when I decide to shoot a little of series of shots of this bungee-cord ride.

I can’t even imagine a scenario where I’d be ON that ride….

Looks rather alien – where’s Tom Cruise?

I completely forgot to look for Tom Cruise. I bet the fair in Lubbock is one of his regular haunts, too, so it’s a shame that I missed him….

Tom Cruise is over-rated. This shot makes me queasy.

It makes me a little queasy, too, but not as queasy as being on that ride….

It’s sort of alien insect like. Cool!
Huge rubber band rides don’t have any attraction for me!

I am not interested in any carnival rides – RIDING them, I mean. Of course I’m interested in making photos of them…

Yes, I meant riding them too. Certainly photographing them would be fine.
