Well, you got me on this one. I read bar gin, and got kind of thirsty, even though tonic was not mentioned.
I like the reflected rectangles – talk about a high density of right angles in a photo.

So, DID you have some gin? Never mind – I’ll just assume that you did.
That reflection hardly shows up in the original image – I was happily surprised to see it emerge during post!
