Cooler
Of course, my traveling companion was looking at fruit when we stopped at the fruit stand. I, on the other hand, was predictably distracted by the well-worn walk-in cooler.
(We did get some delicious cantaloupe, though. No thanks to any effort on my part.)

Right – you can shop for fruit a lot of places. But there just aren’t that many photographable walk-in coolers. Anyway, Larry was getting peaches and cantaloupes.

He seems a very able photographer’s assistant. Patient, quick with the u-turns, fruit shopper, driver. Sounds like you got a good deal on that model of assistant.

I did. But he was (more than a little) offended that he was downgraded in this particular post from my usual “Patient Spouse” nomenclature!

My mom worked in food service for decades. I saw,as she did, many a walk in cooler. Nice shot !
