Sad really! I remember as a little girl getting to pick my own movie out!

I hadn’t thought much about going to Blockbuster until I was writing this post – it’s one of those things that slipped away without my noticing.

I remember when the first video shops started popping up in the 80s and now phut! All gone. I wonder if it is the shortest lived industry in history?

I know! Both the upward and downward trajectories were steep.
