I’m thinking a school of fish.

Now that you mention it, I think it looks WAY more like a school of fish than it does a stack of paisleys, which isn’t even a thing, no matter how much I want to think it is.

Thanks, Linda. But I sort of think Richard Owen’s comment about fish is more on the mark than my (rather loopy) interpretation!

I still say it’s paisley, and “stack of paisleys” is just a poetic variation. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paisley_(design)

Well, based on my previous musical enterprise – https://miscandsoforth.wordpress.com/2011/05/25/the-piano-lessons/ – I don’t think there is really going to be band… It’s for the best.
