So I take it a visit to the ER would not be beneficial if I had an urgent medical issue?

I don’t think it would be beneficial even if you had a minor medical issue…
There is a new hospital, though, located out on the highway bypass. Of course.

Well there is some sense in having it near the highway, lots of ER visitors come from the highway.
