Sometimes when things end, you know it: the pieces are stacked up, you part with a handshake, and life goes on. Other times, you never see the end until it’s already gone.

  2. That looks like my Mary Ann Isabella Hodge stone. Been broken for over 30 years. She was ftom Pike County AL.
    Born 1825. Maiden name was Peach.
    Married to John Hodge who died around 2865. She came to Texas with 3 children. 2 girls and a boy and two neighbor boys name Hart and Athey. Is my gggggrandmother.
