You can get married from your car, like getting fries to go? Did Michael Jordan have a drive through wedding? More questions that answers in this photo. Nice hearts on the fence.

Evidently, getting married is sort of like having that insatiable craving for fries: there’s NOT TIME to park and walk across the parking lot. The only workable option is to get married from your car.
My friend and I took a trip to Las Vegas for the express purpose of photographing these chapels. It was amazing. And disturbing. But I am glad we went, as I think a lot of these little chapels are having a hard time competing with the weddings that the big hotels can provide. Which reminds me how goofy it looked seeing brides in big white dresses walking through casinos at those big places. I wrote a poem about it, and if I don’t forget I will post it with the last photo in this series.
Also: this is the same chapel as the first one in the series, so the white crooks-that-make-hearts match the hearts you see on this fence.

I wondered about those hearts, if they were the same place or not.
Those insatiable cravings are exactly the ones that should be avoided, not catered to. What a strange world we inhabit.
That must have been an amazing trip, with lots of goofy to liven it up.

Fast love, like fast food,
never outlasts the craving
that creates the rush.
