Bel Air
A small flock of discarded autos (and a tractor or two) has taken up residence behind what the locals surely call “the Cadillac house.” This Chevy Bel Air was the prettiest of them all. (But it wasn’t as good as this car, 75 miles away in Quitaque.)

Good shot – I find automobiles very difficult to shoot – to get the essence of the entire car in the frame

Thanks, Robert. This is the second abandoned car in a month…maybe I’m moving on to something new? (Probably not, actually: the weeds are starting to grow and soon the cars will be too hard to get to. Plus: snakes.)

Snakes…something I always think about when I see your images and when I travel to the southwest.
