The secret is to stay out of the sun

These shutters are like a sunhat for this building. They keep the sun off the windows, but allow the ocean breezes in.

This might be St. Joseph Anglican Church. Unless it isn’t. Information seems unusually hard to find.
But anyway, I am almost positive if I had this just across the road, the time I’d be inside any kind of building would be fairly minimal.
