Luminous image ! Roswell must be a great place for such sights …

I took over 900 pictures the weekend that Donna Catterick and I were in Roswell – so I agree that Roswell is a great place!

One of my followers on the One Day | One Image Facebook page grew up in Roswell, and asked her mom what this business used to be – turns out the Pecos Valley Industrial Supply Company was a “hardware store with a fancy name.”

Has the Sun burnt away the painted sign? It looks like the wall is bleached out too. But maybe I’m barking up the wrong tree – not uncommon for me! I like the way that shadow line in the foreground finds an echo in a faint wavy on near the top of the wall. And then, of course there are three windows: 2+1

Andy, this is the south side of the building so I think the sign has been faded by the sun – which is pretty intense in this part of the world.
Threes of nearly anything are good…
