Schoolhouse
You know that rule I have? The one about walking around back, to see what’s there?
Yeah, so I didn’t. It was cold. And windy. It was so windy that it was hard to hold the camera still enough to take a picture. But mostly it was cold.
Anyway: rules were meant to be broken.
Especially when it’s cold. And windy.

Great composition.

Thanks – it was a quick composition because it was too cold to stand around a figure out what to shoot!

Another one with great mood.

Thanks, Anisja. Those low clouds really set the mood, I think.

NY is like Michigan in April – very cold. And windy. But you took a great shot in spite of it all. Nice!

Thanks. I was crouched down between the car and a line of trees that didn’t provide as much of a windbreak as you’d think. I took this shot and one almost identical to it, and that was all I could do.

Well, if you ever return to Sharon, you can check around back and see if you missed a great shot. But this one is dandy, so you don’t need to go out of your way to find out.

Yes, I will keep it in mind, should I return. It’s kind of out of the way, though, so this may have to suffice. Thanks for thinking it’s “dandy”!
