Wiring diagram
Since a wiring diagram is actually a simplified conventional pictorial representation of an electrical circuit (according to Wikipedia, who ought to know), this is obviously not a wiring diagram. But that’s what I thought of when I saw the picture.

I like the way the curve of the drooping wire echoes the top of the thrusting stucco above it.
