The lurker
I am sure there’s nothing sinister going on here…but still, that woman lurking in the bus shelter and looking toward the couple with the baby carriage seems to be up to no good.

I’m off at summer camp this week. Sort of. At any rate, it may take me a few days to respond to comments. But I will get to them. I promise. (As soon as I write that letter home, telling everyone what a terrible time I’m having at camp…)

I’d be more concerned about the woman on the other side of the road, with camera in hand, smirking as she took the shot.
See you again in a couple of weeks.

Yes, she was VERY scary! I’ve seen her around, and am pretty sure there’s something just not quite right with her.
Enjoy your time off!

This image is great, rather timeless.

That’s a great candid, Melinda. I looked at this and thought – that’s got to be shot in the UK, then I scrolled down and there was the answer – Stow on the Wold. Been there many times and yes, I think I know exactly where that is – not that I’ve been inconvenienced into using the conveniences. When did you take this?

Andy, I took this on my only trip to England (so far), in 2007. My parents were frequent travelers to England and after my mom passed away, my dad wanted to go back one more time. My husband and I accompanied him; the trip was planned around his favorite places. We stayed at Bourton-on-the-Water, which is his most favorite place ever.
My husband and I were enchanted with the Cotswolds and hope to get back there some day.

Ah, the UK, my home. As much as I love it, there are only two things that “get my goat” in this world; one of them being lurkers. Maybe I’m jealous of the fact that they have enough free time to do a spot of lurking….sigh :p
What’s the deal with all those random signs everywhere btw? – Bus Shelter, Gentlemen?!

The sign that caught my attention was “Ladies and Disabled”….!
