Don’t just dream
Sometimes the best advice is unsolicited and painted on a wall. Like the one I found in Lubbock last winter. Or this one Ehpem and I found the other day in Victoria.
(Although, if you really want to know, I sure did want to find some spray paint and correct it.)

Ha! Sometimes I feel like I dream more during the day than when I sleep. Always been a dreamer…

I’m a dreamer, too. Always. So I know what you mean.

Very nice treatment Melinda. This is another example of our different approaches to things – in this location I concentrated on the whole facade and the side-by-side buildings. I remember that graffiti but the message did not sink in and it does not show up in any of my shots (the writer in me is much more deeply buried than yours, which seems to be right on the surface). My photos did not come out nearly as well as this one – I must get my hands on the NIK Silver Effects plug-in (I am assuming that is what you used here too) and give it a try.

Thanks, Ehpem. I use NIK for all my b&w work (or approx 99.999% of my total work!); I am still learning it, but recommend it.
Yes, the writer in me IS right on the surface. Sometimes I wish that weren’t the case, but it doesn’t seem to be anything I’ve got control over!

That is a ‘quote’ well worth remembering.
