Angels are the first to go
My patient spouse, who grew up in Nebraska and is much more familiar with snow than I am, is the one who recognized the remains of someone’s snow angel in front of this church.

It looks like a face to me – 2 eyes, nostrils and a smiley mouth.

It just looked like roughed-up snow to me. Maybe the cold was getting to me. (I don’t like cold.)
