On the outskirts of Wink, Texas, the home of Roy Orbison. His first band, in fact, was called the Wink Westerners. You’ve probably heard of them.
You can see a couple of other views of Wink here and here. (These are the same buildings, taken about a year and half apart. Time has not been kind to Wink.)

“You’ve probably heard of them”. 🙂
The word Wink in a band name could lead to all kinds of verbal mishaps. Wise man (boy?) to drop that name.

The Roy Orbison Museum – right there in downtown Wink – has the scariest damn mural I’ve ever seen. Th larger than life painting gives him these creepy claw-hands and his face looks all mashed in. I have pictures of it! Which I am guessing you already knew. I bet if he’d known how the mural was going to turn out he’d have dropped the Wink from the name even sooner!
