Do not leave car
This place was a great find. It’s just a block from the grounds of the state capitol, and my feeling is that the next time I’m in town, it’ll probably turned into something else. And that will be sad, because you just know something new won’t have that excellent sign that says, “Do not leave car without keys through front door.” And, I guess no matter how sophisticated Austinites think they are, the “spin-cast deer feeders” sign sort of betrays them.

Not to mention the less than gentle reminder that parking on sidewalks is uncouth.
You find the best signs… And that concrete has great textures.

What kind of boneheads need to be reminded not to park on the sidewalk?!
I’d never seen this place before my most recent visit to Austin. It’s one of my favorite finds.

It is a gem. And as you say, it’s days must be numbered. Sadly for the photographers.
