So there must be a story behind that C. It is pretty shabby looking, but this appears to be an active business, not your usual store window, empty with a few relics of failed business left behind. Is it just shabby-chic, or an artifact of note? Or does it stand for the owner’s name, perhaps Chuck? Which would beg the question, as might the stain, of what’s up Chuck?

I am reading your comments while I am at jury duty. Perhaps my crazy laughter at your comment was heard by the judge and I shall shortly be released!

It took all day, but it DID work. I was dismissed from jury duty. Thanks for the international assistance, which I am sure made all the difference.
