  1. Beautiful. It looks like the evil machine confronts or threatens the innocent purity of the white building … la.surrealistic vision – ( it reminds me of the Orson Wells movie..!)

  3. Sometimes words, and titles (which I hate) are superfluous. It just looks good. That’ll do!

    • I have a hard time with titles, too. For the first few years I did a blog, the title was simple the date it was posted. Starting this year, I’ve worked harder on actual titles and more written information. Those things are frequently more of a challenge than the photo was.

  4. This is great shot – all that texture, profoundly black sky and those two enormous proboscises sucking something out of the building – the life of it probably.

    Perhaps these alien machines are responsible for the apparent glut of dead and dying buildings in Texas, as you so frequently show us?
