Hallelujah! Had to look up the spelling of that, but wanted to join in the festivities. And now I’m done.

Nicely composed b&w contrast Melinda. I love the red signature offsetting the touch of red on the other side. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Thank you, Steven. I didn’t want to go TOO heavy on the holiday colors! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, too!

I don’t know Melinda. I think you could at least have made the red blink on and off, and it still would not have been too festive. I like it though. I bet a more festive/sentimental you emerges around the grandchild, even if it is a bit of a struggle! Merry Christmas to you and yours.

…or I will be THAT grandmother, the cranky one who never celebrates the same things normal people do!

So long as you celebrate something, and do it with the palindromic grda then you will be fine. Not cranky, but interesting. Eccentric even, which fits with asymmetry. So, by being eccentric, you would be consistent, if that makes any sense whatsoever.

The Palindrome and I have plenty of things to celebrate, mostly involving art projects she comes up with. The other night, we worked very hard decorating the stair railing with items from my mom’s sewing box, using pipe cleaners as accent pieces. It’s very nice, according to us. Also, it may be just the tiniest bit eccentric…

Have you shown her how nicely crayons draw on white sheetrock walls? Not your walls, but her very own ones, such as in her parents bedroom?

No, actually I have not shown her that! I’ve been remiss beyond belief. Thanks for the reminder. (Her parents likely will communicate with you at some point…)
