Shopping Cart Parking
Someone had a plan. Someone took the time to line up those boards so the shopping carts would be level. It mattered to them. And who are we to say their efforts were wasted?

I like the repetition of several of the elements: the shopping carts, the blades of the—what is it? a windmill?— and the bricks. And what you’ve written already sounds like a poem to me. Very nice.
