Half brewed already. Did the owner of this place have a window fetish or did several owners add their own touches over time? the mystery continues…

Vera, as far as I could tell, everything looked original, so maybe the owner just liked variety. Or maybe his brother-in-law was a window salesman and he got a good deal on leftover windows.

The broken window theory is used in museums, under another name. One bit of, for instance graffiti or carving in a bench, leads to more. The smart museum erases all signs of this kind of behaviour as soon as it is found to keep vandal momentum from building.
