The Golden Gate Bridge was enveloped in fog the day I hiked Lands End. Without the bridge to capture my attention, I was instead drawn to notice the smaller things along the way.

In the bar at the Figueroa Hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very dark, but this little bar catches the afternoon sun, which makes it glow like gems.
