Yes, it IS a sad building. It is on the way to the Davis Mountains (in the background), out in what we call “far west Texas.” I go there at least once a year – it’s how I re-charge – and I’ve watched this place slowly crumble over the 15 years or so I’ve been going out there. I expect that one day, I’ll pass by the site, and only realize later that the building finally did fall down.
