120812 color

What is going on here? This just can’t be right. Yesterday’s assignment for “color” was posted in black and white, because I liked it better that way. And here I am, back on the usual old buildings and I am posting it in color.

There really might be something wrong with me.

The thing that caught my eye with this shot was the pink window. I spotted it from a block away, and it just didn’t seem right to not show it in color.

But, to try to tip the universe back into rightness, here’s the same thing, in black and white.

120812 b&w

Whew. I feel so much better now.

  1. OK, you are going to have to show me where that black and white version is because I completely missed it….
I like this one in colour though, if the universe seems tilted, then we just need to reorient ourselves and leave the universe as is. Safer that way.

    • Maybe, the universe didn’t want to be tilted, and made the B&W version vanish, because I sure thought the original post included it. At any rate, you get high marks for reading comprehension: you were the first (only, actually) person to call that error to my attention.

And, I’ve edited the post to include the other image. Let me know if it’s gone by the time you see this message….!
