Lining Up
I just don’t have the slightest idea what that skinny PVC pipe is doing, poking out of the building like that, other than lining up nicely with the skinny cloud. Do you suppose the pipe disappeared when the cloud did?

Maybe the cloud came out of the pipe, and its purpose is to make skinny clouds. That building could contain the skinny cloud makers workshop.

If the building has a flat roof, which most of them appear to have, the pipes might be for drainage. Although not sure they would need to stick out that far. I believe the cloud did come from the pipe. Nice eye.

Thanks! That’s what confuses me about the pipe, because drain pipes are usually a lot shorter. Which I guess leads to the obvious (?) conclusion that it is a cloud-pipe!
