Thanks, John. I’m almost at the end of posting photos with models, and it’ll be back to my more usual subjects, but they’ll look different. I did learn a thing or two, I think, in class!

I feel a bit wobbly after looking at this photo. There is something off kilter about the image, otherworldly. Her eyes are wonderful and the sharp focus on the objects in the background really appeals!

It struck me as off-kilter, too. The “backwards” focusing (which may or may not have been an accident: I’ll never tell) is part of it. I think the other part is that the model’s face is unconventional and asymmetric.
