Probably… It’s not a terrible city to walk in, mostly.

I like a good, walkable city. Lubbock is the opposite of that, unfortunately.

Lots of cities are. The best walking in COS, though, is on the many trails that are cleverly hidden. 🙂

Park your backside but not your auto. Has a backside ever been issued with a parking ticket, I wonder?

I guess a loitering citation is the same as a parking ticket for a backside?

Loitering is often associated with intent, whereas parking one’s backside sounds like the owner of said backside is just after a sit down and has no stamina for ‘intent’ in any form.

That’s an important legal distinction. I mean, I GUESS it is: I’m a writer and a photographer, so what do I know?!
