Well, I’m glad to see that there’s at least one person in your California photo! There are rarely any people in your Texas photos. Where did they all go?

I am slowly (very slowly) working on getting more people in images.
In my part of Texas, there really aren’t that many people, which makes doing street photography hard: there aren’t many people around which makes it tricky for a photographer to blend in and be unnoticed.

If he only knew. And belated congratulations on the well deserved photographic honors.

One of my fellow classmates took some photos of this same guy. I bet he HATES when photography classes show up!
Thanks on the other thing. It was a big surprise to have so many accepted into the show. And I feel bad for a couple of people I know who didn’t get in at all – it feels like I took some spots that could have gone to them…

That pose looks fine to me, Melinda.

Thanks, Andy. I missed a great gesture, where the person was holding up a big bell pepper with his (her?) right hand. But this one works, too, I guess.
