Just because it looks like graffiti
As a general rule, I would say that anytime you see something that looks like it’s graffiti, but that includes a Twitter hashtag and what looks like a copyright symbol, you may be dealing with something else entirely.
Like this, which is actually an advertisement for a place where you could play ping-pong by day and listen to live music by night.
I don’t know…something seems horribly wrong here.

Get lucky
When you have a hankering to visit the Lucky Lounge, the parking lot’s just to the east of the place, which describes itself as unique and diverse.
(Although, judging from the photos on the site, the “diversity” consists of 4 musicians, and 18 young women, all of whom look like they’ve been legally able to drink for, say, 15 or 20 minutes. But who am I to judge?)

Really, Austin?
Sometimes, I just don’t know what to think. Every now and then, things in Texas just seem so….crass.
Here’s an example. Just the other day, my pal in Canada posted this beautiful, simple shot of a clothesline against a blue sky. Go look at it. I’ll wait….
Nice shot, right? Simple, almost Zen-like.
At approximately the same time, I saw this:
