I see no adjectives in front of “Quality” on the front of the building. I think that lawyers could argue, “high quality? who promised high quality?”. Clever to advertise the missing adjectives around back.

Yes, that’s EXACTLY the sort of argument lawyers would make! “Quality” is a sliding scale.
