For fiscal reasons, I am assuming, a lot of little towns forgo opening the municipal swimming pools during the summer.

  2. An old cartoon The Wizard of Id (?) has the King learning the moat monsters are hungry and the farmers need water for the crops. He decided he could solve both problems at once !
    Too bad that decision had to be made by those Okies as it would have made life a bit more bearable and even enjoyable. Keep up the good work. The novella now concludes.
