There are a lot of restaurants in Lubbock. A lot. There are also a lot of failed restaurants, like this place.

One Day | One Image 
So far, the place down there I absolutely MUST go when I’m there is Evie Mae’s.
Obviously I won’t be visiting this place the next time I’m down there.

It really is. Though my wife isn’t the biggest BBQ fan, I’m planning to drag her over there for lunch when we’re down there next month. If I can get my folks to come up for it as well, even better. They might understand my addiction/problem/fascination/need better.
