Goodness. There’s a lot going on at this tiny building. We learn that only one employee may park here. We note that the door seems very well secured. We can see that it is a “tobacco environment.” And then…there it is: irony.

On Sunday morning, March 1, the city was covered with spiky bits of frost that was whiter than the snow. It was otherworldly, really. So much that this looks like it could be branches of coral, waving in warm, tropical waters. Or maybe I’m just dreaming…

Ice feathers, 1

These feathery pieces of ice were dotting the frozen surface of a lake, and had lined themselves up on a tree root, too.
