What a great building, and photo.

I lived in Albuquerque for 4 years and never saw this building – but it sure caught my eye on our recent weekend there. Glad you like it.

Funny how carrying a camera around can open one’s eyes. Or maybe you just never went to this part of town, but still, in principle I find I see things very differently when thinking about taking pictures.

I think it mostly has to do with being more observant now – and that is a result of carrying a camera around. Since I’ve been doing photo-a-day blogs (I started in 2009), I do tend to see everything as a potential photograph. Sometimes it borders on obsession….!
