Sometimes, you just don’t WANT an explanation.

This is one of those times. Why was a cemetery cherub in a vacant lot? What happened to the cherub’s head? And, who poked a candle in the cherub’s neck, lit it, and let wax drip down its chest?

This is a COMPLETELY wild guess on my part, but I think a Flower Seed Cleaner might be used to clean flower seeds. At any rate, if you are in need of used (possible broken) one, there’s a certain junk store that you might want to visit.
