The sky’s the thing
We were looking for something. It wasn’t down this road: at the point where we ran out of pavement and huge puddles took over, it seemed like a good place to turn around. Which put me on the correct side of the car to see these clouds.

I like this a lot. I’m always excited to see a dramatic sky wel photographed.

Thanks, Ken. We were out several hours on this particular day and had three or four weather systems pass overhead, so there was a lot of opportunity for dramatic sky. Also, we don’t have pesky things like trees or hills to block the view!
