The Ragged Wall

Everything about this wall was ragged – even the shards of drapes left behind after the rest of the fabric was sawed off by the window’s broken glass. Of course, I thought it was beautiful.

Among other things I liked in Portland were the farmers markets. I visited two locations, and made a lot of images. The colors and the forms were calling to me, and these flower buds (peonies, maybe?) called especially loudly.

I had a thing with parking garages even before I got yelled at in Canada. But now it’s almost an obsession, and any of you who follow me on Instagram know that I recently posted a parking-garage-per-day for six days in a row. (Those of you who follow me on Instagram probably thought it was a long six days!)
