Standing Guard

We took a trip to Dallas to look at a park.

That’s not odd, is it?

(Never mind. I know it’s weird. Embrace the weirdness, I say!)

At the park, we saw a tight row of bollards, designed to keep kids inside the playground.

  1. ‘Bollards’! Love it! Thanks, Melinda. Too expensive for fences, how will I use it in a sentence.

  2. Sounds a very reasonable reason for wanting to visit a place – I’ve travelled for far more trivial reasons than that as you know!
