“There is no death.”
The back of this elaborate tomb was engraved with a quote from Elizabeth Parker, who said, “There is no death. There is no forever gone.”
It is on her own tombstone, and she died in 2011, at age 16.

Thank you, Sue. I wanted to shoot the marker from the front, but the light was all wrong. It worked out better this way: getting that carving was more important than what the angel’s face looked like!
