The shop was closed when I went by, which is a shame: that assortment of things in the window was very interesting.

Over on my Facebook page, my friend Peggy said of an earlier visit to New Orleans, “Many years ago we found and wished we could’ve afforded a vampire killing kit and a big leech jar for Terry’s law office.”
Now I think I need to get back to NOLA right away to find a vampire killing kit.
