Opposite of fine dining
I’ve worked at my current job for a decade; in that time, the restaurant around the corner has been out of business more than it’s been open. One of its most recent tries was a buffet place where you had to pay at the front door, before you’d even seen the food. And, not surprisingly, the food was awful. But at least it was all-you-can-eat.

That’s so funny! Especially since I didn’t have to eat there. Like the way you composed this shot.

My work friends and I ate there once, when it was the AYCE place. It was the worst place we’d ever eaten. And that’s sort of saying a lot.

Oh, and I just remembered that the restaurant was called “Kiss My Grits” because naming something from a decades-old TV show catchphrase is always a good idea.

All you can eat is a code expression for the food sucks.
