Unexpected
Traffic cones were definitely not what I thought I’d see at Versailles! And you know what else? Way down there, at the end of the row of cones, there’s razor wire.

OK, so besides that door hardware from yesterday, I liked this thing, too, because I could avoid looking at most of the gold stuff AND stare at the little piece of sky. It was a win-win!

Here’s the thing: I didn’t really get into all the gold and crystal chandeliers and etc. at Versailles; all of it just made me think, “Really? Why?”
