Thanks, Sue. After I wrote the post, saying I wish my yard looked like this, I got an idea to have this image printed on vinyl and hang in in the back yard. See? Then my yard WILL look like this…

Thanks, Leanne. I shot this on a rented 14-24mm lens (that I used later that night to get night sky photos), but I discovered its value for this vertical alignment! (Also: there’s a very good chance you’ll see this in your email later today, as my image for next week’s Monochrome Madness…)
