I don’t think it’s legal to use the term “red shopping cart” in a black and white photo.

OK, they say it’s legal, but did have concerns that it may not be ethical.
(*Me. I am the legal team. And no, I am not actually an attorney, although I did take a class in land use law in grad school, so that’s practically the same thing.)
