Groundskeeper’s shack has the mange
Well, this looks pretty bad, doesn’t it?
As I was stomping my way through dead grass to get over to this shack, I saw a dun-colored tuft of something stuck in the weeds, and I though it was a piece of some kind of animal fur. Of course it wasn’t that at all – it was a piece of insulation that had escaped from the building.
My wilderness skills remain strong.

This photograph excites smell-o-vision in my senses. I wish it didn’t.

It didn’t smell (because maybe our West Texas winds blew the scents away), but it does look fragrant. Not in a good way.
