Peace, love, and a bus schedule
I don’t know – maybe it’s just me, but I sort of like the idea that the graffiti artist (Is there such a word as “graffitist?” Why, yes. Yes, there is.) taking the bus downtown just to mark up the urns in the park beside the Cathedral. And that he/she needed a route schedule to complete the task.

Go There
This is what happened one afternoon when I was in Atlanta. I was waiting on my traveling companion to return from his outing* so we could go to dinner so I decided to try my hand at in-camera double exposures.

*I’d been at a conference all day and was suffering from carryover ennui. I should have been outside. Or in the bar.

I’m off in New Mexico this week, taking a photography class. (Finally! I’m going to learn how to take a picture!) Please leave comments, and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
Ghost Signs
My time was fairly constrained when I was in Atlanta, so I was limited on what sorts of things I could find to photograph. I stayed near the convention center, and everything around there is new, which presented a bit of problem for a photographer who loves the old, crumbly stuff.
I did spot this nice ghost sign just down the block from the hotel; it was nice of the sign to be there for me and it made me like Atlanta a little bit more.
