Metered Service

Of course I’ll walk down an alley!

That’s where the utility meters are.

Lost: 2 Bulls

040215

We nearly missed this sign. Well, we DID miss it, the first time by. At the very last second, I caught the word “lost” and decided it would probably be worth an investigative u-turn.

Turns out there are a couple of missing bulls somewhere near Spur.

The other side of the sign advertises 2 lost cows, both black.

Maybe there’s a fence in need of repair?

Dixie Dog, from the back

033115

Remember the other day when I told you about the cook who was going outside to smoke a piece of her cigarette? This is where we went – the back side of the Dixie Dog. I bet if we’d taken the time to look, we could have found her half-smoked cig on the window ledge.

Only one day

Preston’s time on earth lasted just the one day. It was a Monday.

Tank

Just across the road from this place is a water tank, which is weathering quite nicely. In my photographic opinion.
