If the Caribbean were cut into blocks and stacked up, this is what it would look like.

Bel Air

032715

A small flock of discarded autos (and a tractor or two) has taken up residence behind what the locals surely call “the Cadillac house.” This Chevy Bel Air was the prettiest of them all. (But it wasn’t as good as this car, 75 miles away in Quitaque.)

Hovering

Farm implements have a nice sculptural feel to them, don’t they, as they hover over the land?

Only three seats remain! Make your plans right away!!

(And it looks like they are in a very well-ventilated area, too.)

Some information is missing

For example, what WAS this place? And what did that sign used to say?

If it was near a county line, I’d think it had been a beer store, sited as close as possible to a dry county. But it was in the middle of the county, so that explanation doesn’t seem to make sense.

It was on a hill, though, and commanded a fine view of the county.
